I. Booking and Payment Terms

This project is only valid for the specified check-in dates. Full payment is required upon booking. Cancellation, refunds, and changes to check-in dates are not accepted after booking. Please confirm your check-in dates and itinerary before booking.

II. DIY Craft Experience

The Chinese New Year wind chime DIY craft experience included in this project is available based on the number of people per room and room type.

III. Combined Use of Offers

This project cannot be combined with other offers, accommodation vouchers, or discounts.

IV. Project Content Usage Terms

The meals, experiences, and complimentary items included in this project cannot be redeemed, used in installments, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

V. Number of Guests and Extra Bed Fees

The price of this package includes the listed services. Dining and activities are provided based on the number of guests required for each room type. If the actual number of guests exceeds the package's capacity, additional fees will apply for extra guests or extra beds.

* **Extra bed for adults aged 12 and above:** NT$5,980 per person per night, including welcome afternoon tea, Lunar New Year BBQ Buffet dinner, and Mediterranean breakfast.

* **Extra bed for children aged 5–11:** NT$4,190 per child, including welcome afternoon tea, Lunar New Year BBQ Buffet dinner, and Mediterranean breakfast.

* **Extra bed for children aged 5–11:** NT$4,990 per child, including welcome afternoon tea, Lunar New Year BBQ Buffet dinner, and Mediterranean breakfast.

* **Children under 4 years old:** Free of charge; a cleaning fee of NT$1,000 per night will apply for a second child under 4 years old. A maximum of two children under 4 years old can stay in a double room.

Actual occupancy and extra bed arrangements are subject to the room type's occupancy policy.

The Bal’e Villas reserves the right to adjust and modify the project details; any matters not covered herein will be handled according to the hotel's announcements and booking confirmations.
