  • 1. Check In : 15:00 - 22:00 | Check out : Before 11:00

  • 2.  If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee equal to 30% of your room rate will be charged for extensions until 3:00 p.m., 50% for extensions until 6:00 p.m., and an additional fee equal to the full room rate for checking-out after 6:00 p.m.

  • 3. Pets are ''Not'' allowed.

  • 4. No smoking | No cooking | No BBQ in rooms

  • 5. Breakfast : 08:00 ~ 10:00

Reservation Notice :

  1. Please check in according to the number of people in the booked room type, if there is more than that, an extra person/extra bed fee will be charged.
  2. Children under 4 years old are free of charge. If a second child under 4 years old stays together, an additional cleaning fee of RMB 500 per night will be charged. Up to 2 children can stay in a double room together.
  3. From 5 years old to 11 years old, extra person fee: NT$1800 per person, including breakfast and accessories, if an extra bed is required, the extra bed fee will be calculated.
  4. Extra bed fee: NT$2500 per bed, including breakfast and accessories.
  5. Change check-in date :
     1) If you have completed the reservation process and want to change the check-in date, you can contact the customer service staff 10 days before the check-in date (excluding the day). 
     2) The room rate is based on the changed check-in date.
     3) An Bbooking can only be changed once, and the changed order does not accept  cancellation of the reservation. If you want to postpone or cancel again, the full deposit will be forfeited
  6. Special cancellation in the reservation office (due to force majeure): The date of your scheduled check-in, such as the location of the hotel or the departure place of the passenger may be affected by the typhoon. Hotel accommodation cancellation regulations; after the government announces the suspension of classes and classes, please contact the hotel by E-mail, fax or phone within three days (including the day) from the original check-in, and the hotel will confirm the change with you as soon as possible Or cancel your reservation record and refund the full deposit, but each transaction will be subject to NT$200 remittance procedures and administrative fees.
  7. The above content is only applicable to general reservations, private rooms and special discount reservations, please follow the separate regulations of the hotel.

 

    

Property Cancellation Policy :

 

  1. Return deposit 100% when the reservation be cancelled before 14 days.
  2. Return deposit 70% when the reservation be cancelled before 10 ~ 13 days.
  3. Return deposit 50% when the reservation be cancelled before 7 ~ 9 days.
  4. Return deposit 40% when the reservation be cancelled before 4 ~ 6 days.
  5. Return deposit 30% when the reservation be cancelled before 2 ~ 3 days.
  6. Return deposit 20% when the reservation be cancelled before 1 day.
  7. Deposit non-refundable when the reservation be cancelled by check in date.
